Hog Sausage Project:
Whole-Hog Sausage
The
club had six hogs processed for their Spring 2010 fundraiser project. 800
plus pounds of sausage were obtained and sorted from Parrett's Meat Processing
by Lions Ron Buell and Marv Buechler on morning of May 8th. Lion Dick
Byrum provided the transportation of the hogs to Parrett's. Without the
sales of the many club Lions this project would not have been possible. In
addition, individuals have donated hogs to help offset the project costs.
Those individuals donating hogs were as follows:

5. Lion Marv Buechler

Currently the club has some extra sausage for sale which is as follows:
62 lbs. of Seasoned Patties
37 lbs. of Unseasoned Patties
12 lbs. of Seasoned Bulk
10 lbs. of Unseasoned Bulk

such a fine job of leading the project this year and many thanks to all those
who actively promoted and sold so much whole-hog sausage! Your dedication to the
